Drive the quality level of Dematic China to be the leader in Supply Chain industry;

推动德马泰克的质量管理水平成为行业领先者；

Key Responsibilities

Set up high level quality management system in Dematic China group;

在德马泰克（中国）建立高水平的质量管理体系；

Define the quality target with Management team, manage the quality target;

协助管理层制定公司的质量目标，并对质量目标进行管理；

Solve the customer complaints effectively and timely, improve customer satisfaction;

对客户关注的质量问题及时有效处理，提升客户的满意度；

Quality data collection and analyses,monitor and improve the quality management;

收集并分析质量数据，对质量管理水平及时监控、改善；

Build strong quality team to support the business smooth running;

建立强有力的质量队伍，支持公司业务的顺畅运行；

Establish the good quality culture in company, drive the TQM project;

建立良好的质量管理文化，推动全员质量参与和提高；

Support management team to define the business strategy by providing quality input;

提供质量数据，协助管理层制定正确的管理策略；

Support and promote and implement national and local relevant laws and regulations on EHS requirements and company EHS requirements.

支持和宣贯国家地方关于EHS方面的相关法律法规要求以及公司EHS的要求。

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree above major in Mechanical or mechatronics.

本科以上学历，机械或机电专业。

CET-4 or above

英语4级以上

Min 10 years working experience at quality or engineering with 3 years min as quality manager at foreign company

十年以上质量或工程经验，至少3年的外企质量经理经验

Master of quality management system and quality tools;

对质量体系及质量工具有专业理解

Fluent English-speaking ability

英语交流流利

Good leadership

良好的领导力；

Necessary knowledge of Finance for budget planning;

必要的预算管理等财务知识；

Working under pressure
