Job purpose
Security Manager shall be responsible for leading and supervising all Security matters for the PTC and Guest house. Shall be the to go to person for all related security matters.

Duties and responsibilities
· Formulate and improve the hotel security management system (such as visitor registration, monitoring and management, fire inspection), to ensure that the guest rooms, lobby areas, parking lots and other areas of security standards in line with industry standards.
· To coordinate the security plans for events and other large-scale activities in the venue, including crowd flow control, security check process, emergency evacuation plan, to ensure the personal and property safety of participants.
· Regularly organize safety training (such as riot control drill, fire-fighting skills, first aid operation) to improve the team's emergency response ability and service awareness.
· Identify potential safety and security hazards (such as equipment failure, suspicious personnel, fire vulnerabilities), develop corrective actions and monitor their implementation.
· Quickly deal with emergencies (e.g. fire, fight, theft, natural disaster), initiate emergency plans and coordinate external resources such as police, fire, medical, etc.
· Maintain the normal operation of the monitoring system, access control system, fire alarm system and other equipment, and regularly test and record the maintenance status.
· Work with COMPANY Security department, Housekeeping and Other Departments as necessary to deal with potential safety and security hazards.
· Handle customer security complaints (such as lost items, privacy disclosure), provide reasonable solutions and follow up the follow-up improvement.
· Maintain order in venues, prevent and resolve conflicts

·-协调会场内大型活动的安保计划,包括人流控制、安检流程、应急疏散预案等,确保参加人员的人身和财产安全。
·-定期组织安全培训(如防暴演习、消防技能、急救操作等),提高团队的应急能力和服务意识。
·-识别潜在的安全保障隐患(如设备故障、可疑人员、消防漏洞等),制定整改措施并监督其实施。
·-快速处理突发事件(如火灾、打架、盗窃、自然灾害等),启动应急预案,协调警察、消防、医疗等外部资源。
·-维护监控系统、门禁系统、消防报警系统等设备的正常运行,定期检测并记录维护状态。
·-根据需要与公司保安部、客房部等部门合作,处理潜在的安全隐患。
·-处理客户安全投诉(如物品丢失、隐私泄露等),提供合理解决方案并跟进后续改进。
·-维护场馆秩序,预防和化解冲突。
Qualifications
· College degree or above in security management, fire engineering, public administration, law or related field.
· Skilled in operating monitoring system, fire control system and security equipment (such as X-ray machine, metal detection door, access control systems).
· Security Guard Qualification Certificate, Fire Service Operator Certificate, First Aid Certificate (CPR/AED)

·-熟练操作监控系统、消防系统及安防设备(如X光机、金属探测门、门禁系统等)。
·-保安员资格证、消防员资格证、急救员资格证(CPR/AED)
Experience
· More than 5 years of security management experience, familiar with the security management system of hotels, stadiums or large public places, large-scale events (such as events, concerts) security experience is preferred.
5年以上安保管理经验,熟悉酒店、体育馆或大型公共场所的安保管理体系,有大型活动(如赛事、演唱会)安保经验者优先。
Language proficiency
· Language: Fluent in English; A good knowledge of Arabic is preferred. 英语,会阿拉伯语者优先
