岗位职责 | Key Responsibilities

作为贸易合规专员，您将支持公司在中国的贸易合规运营，确保所有进出口活动符合中国及美国相关法规要求，特别是在出口管控、许可管理和流程执行方面发挥关键作用。

As a Trade Compliance Specialist, you will support the company’s trade
compliance operations in China, ensuring all import and export activities
comply with both Chinese and U.S. regulations, with a strong focus on export
control, license management, and process execution.

主要职责包括但不限于 | Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• 支持中国本地出口管控法规（如《两用物项和技术进出口管理条例》）的执行，确保合规性；
  
  Support the implementation and compliance with Chinese export control
  regulations (e.g., Regulations on the Administration of the Import and
  Export of Dual-Use Items and Technologies).


• 协助准备并提交中国及美国政府相关部门的出口许可申请，包括商务部、海关总署、BIS等；
  
  Assist in preparing and submitting export license applications to Chinese
  and U.S. authorities.


• 管理并维护所有贸易合规相关记录，确保符合监管要求及公司内部政策；
  
  Maintain and manage trade compliance records in accordance with regulatory
  requirements and internal policies.


• 跟踪并报告贸易合规活动的状态、指标和趋势，支持合规数据分析；
  
  Track and report the status, metrics, and trends of trade compliance
  activities to support data-driven compliance management.


• 协调国际贸易合规团队与本地业务部门之间的沟通，制定高效的出口/进口授权方案；
  
  Coordinate with the global trade compliance team and local business units
  to develop efficient export/import authorization strategies.


• 就中国和美国的贸易合规事务提供专业建议，包括许可判定、授权使用、条件管理等；
  
  Provide expert advice on Chinese and U.S. trade compliance matters,
  including license determination, authorization usage, and proviso
  management.


• 提供关于出口管制法规的培训，提升员工合规意识；
  
  Deliver training on export control regulations to enhance compliance
  awareness across the organization.


• 识别并推动流程优化，提升合规效率和风险控制能力；
  
  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance compliance
  efficiency and risk mitigation.


• 参与并在需要时主导合规相关项目或专项审查；
  
  Participate in and, when appropriate, lead compliance-related projects or
  audits.

任职资格 | Qualifications

• 本科及以上学历，法律、国际贸易、供应链或相关专业优先；
  
  Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Law, International Trade, Supply
  Chain, or related fields.


• 至少3年贸易合规相关工作经验，具备中国出口管控法规及流程执行经验；
  
  Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in trade compliance, with hands-on
  experience in Chinese export control regulations and process execution.


• 熟悉美国出口管制法规（ITAR、EAR）及OFAC制裁规定；
  
  Familiarity with U.S. export control regulations (ITAR, EAR) and OFAC
  sanctions.


• 熟悉中国出口许可申请流程及相关系统（如商务部出口管制平台）；
  
  Knowledge of Chinese export licensing procedures and platforms (e.g.,
  MOFCOM export control system).


• 有MOFCOM、BIS许可等申请和管理经验者优先；
  
  Experience with MOFCOM and BIS licensing is a plus.


• 中英文流利，具备良好的跨文化沟通能力；
  
  Fluent in both Chinese and English with strong cross-cultural
  communication skills.

  Experience in multinational companies with exposure to global trade
  compliance frameworks.


• 具备培训经验，能向不同层级员工传达合规要求；

• 熟悉SAP GTS或其他贸易合规工具；
  
  Familiarity with SAP GTS or other trade compliance tools.


• 具备持续改进意识，能主动识别风险并提出解决方案。
  
  Continuous improvement mindset with proactive risk identification and
  problem-solving skills.
