**Brief Description (简要描述)**

The Sourcing Manager is responsible for whole sourcing strategy for AvioNova as well as strategy execution including reviewing and optimizing sourcing processes, leading supplier selection, managing and developing supplier relationships, driving commercial cost reductions and supporting new product introductions from supply chain perspective.

**Primary Responsibilities (主要职责)**

Develop and implement end-to-end sourcing processes from demand planning to contract lifecycle management.

Collaborate with other teams to assure compliance of sourcing program activities.

与其他团队协作，确保采购项目活动合规。

Own RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs in support of AvioNova projects and lead supplier selection.

Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers by analyzing market environment.

Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and cross teams to complete supply, development, licensing and service agreements as needed.

Manage life cycle sourcing programs including planning, execution, measurement, and continue improvement of program.

Actively identify, track and manage issues and risks for the programs.

**Qualifications Required (必备资格)**

BS Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience

8+ years of sourcing experience in a fast paced and high-tech environment or other evidence of exceptional ability

**Qualifications Desired (期望资格)**

Experience in Aviation, Avionics or Electronics industries
