目标:
Purpose:
在多式联运铁路运输服务的日常运营卓越领导，重点是确保顺利运营，包括适当的文件，并最大限度地强调这一不断扩大的产品线的安全方面。
Lead excellence in the day-to-day operations of intermodal rail transportation services focusing on ensuring smooth operations, including proper documentation, with utmost emphasis on safety aspects of this expanding product line.
你的职责将包括积极监控货物，与不同模式的多家运输运营商保持联系，同时带领内部努力实现我们的生产力目标。
Your role will involve active monitoring of cargo, liaise with multiple transport operators of various modes while spearheading the internal efforts to achieve our productivity objectives.

Accountabilities:
一、服务交付和客户服务
Service Delivery & Customer Service
l 在最少监督的情况下，积极有效地协调物流运作。
Coordinate logistics operations efficiently and proactively with minimum supervision.
l 跟踪、追踪并加快发货，对其及时交货负责。
Track, trace, and expedite shipments, being accountable for their timely delivery.
l 主动发现潜在的运输和运输挑战，并及时解决。
Proactively identify potential transportation and shipping challenges in shipments and resolve them promptly.
l 准备和审核进出口文件，如海关报关单、托运书、托运人出口报关单、进口证书等，确保商业和销售发票符合规定和准确。
Prepare and review import/export documents such as customs declarations, shippers' letters of instruction, shipper's export declarations, import certificates, etc., ensuring compliance with regulations and accuracy in commercial and sales invoices.
l 确保按照客户和组织的目标实现和维持服务承诺。
Ensure service commitments are achieved and maintained in accordance with customer and organizational objectives.
l 与不同的运输运营商沟通，解决运输问题，包括安全问题，确保及时交货。
Communicate with different transport operators to address shipment issues including safety and ensure timely delivery.
l 以专业的方式及时回应客户的询问，并超越客户的期望。
Respond to customer inquiries promptly in a professional way and exceed customer expectations.
l 根据要求履行其他与工作相关的职责和职能。
Perform other job-related duties and functions as required.
二、卓越运营
Operation Excellence
l 制定、实施、报告和跟踪卓越运营措施，如内部指标/KPIs，记录异常，工作计划，职责
Develop, implement, report and track operation excellence measures such as internal metrics/KPIs, logging exceptions, work schedules, responsibility
l 确保遵守既定的业务流程，并支持新流程的开发。
Ensure adherence to established business processes and support the development of new processes.
l 识别需要改进的领域并实施流程改进项目，以提高服务水平并降低成本，重点关注对当地的影响。
Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvement projects to enhance service level performance and reduce costs, focusing on local impact.
l 确保符合质量和安全标准，并在过程控制报告中报告每周状态。
Ensure compliance with quality & safety standards and report weekly status on process control reports.
l 维护库存、人工报告、报价模块等的记录系统。
Maintain record-keeping systems for inventory, labor reporting, quoting modules, etc.
l 维护物流数据库，确保数据准确符合公司政策。
Maintain logistics databases and ensure data accuracy in accordance with corporate policies.
三、供应商管理
Vendor Management
l 寻找潜在的供应商/供应商/运输运营商并向KPMC产品团队推荐，使我们在中国的供应商网络多样化
Source and recommend potential vendors/suppliers/transport operators to KPMC’s Product Team to diversify our network of suppliers across China
l 引入新的供应商，协调供应商关系
Onboard new vendors/suppliers and coordinate vendor relationships
l 与产品团队一起对供应商表现和安全记录进行全面审查
Conduct comprehensive reviews with Product Team on vendor/supplier performance and safety records
先决条件:
Prerequisites:
l 物流、供应链、国际商务等相关专业。
Logistics, Supply Chain, International Commerce, or related field.
l 在货运代理/铁路物流/多式联运物流方面至少3 - 5年的经验，特别是在操作和文书方面
At least 3 – 5 years of proven experience in freight forwarding / railway logistics / intermodal logistics, with a specialization in operations and documentation
l 在货运代理/铁路物流/多式联运物流领域有丰富的网络和市场知识。
Strong network and market knowledge in the freight forwarding / railway logistics / intermodal logistics sector.
l 注重细节，精通国际贸易术语解释通则，装运单据，提单，信用证等
Strong attention to detail and well-versed in INCOTERMs conditions, shipping documents, Bill of Lading, Letter of Credits etc
l 积极主动，态度积极，结果导向型。
Effective team player with a proactive, positive attitude and result-oriented personality.
l 熟悉MS Office办公软件，Word, PowerPoint, Excel，MS Teams等。
Conversant with MS Office software, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams, etc.
l 优秀的书面和口头沟通和表达能力。
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
l 熟练掌握英语和普通话的书面和口语。
Well-versed in English and Mandarin, both written & spoken.
l 哈萨克语/俄语优先考虑。
Kazakh/Russian is a plus.
