Job Duties工作职责:

1. Manage next-generation sequencing (NGS) related projects.

2. Manage R&D projects pertinent to testing method development and validation.

管理食源性病毒测试、食品真实性成分分析等重要研发方法开发和确认。

3. General responsibilities include: design and draft technical proposals according to client or internal R&D requirements;

coordinate experiments with the FSC lab; conduct systematic analysis of experimental data; write project reports; provide

relevant trainings; and coordinate with global R&D teams and other external/internal functions to meet the project timeline and quality standards.

以上项目职责包括：根据客户及内部研发要求制定研发技术方案；与FSC实验室协调、组织并执行试验；对数据进行系统

4. Assist microbial risk analyses in food manufacturing facilities, including contamination traceback and/or cleaning and sanitation verification.

5. Perform other duties as needed for R&D.

Job Specification任职资格:

Education Background教育背景：

Prefer Ph.D. or Master in food science, bio-engineering, microbiology or related disciplines.

食品科学、生物工程、微生物或相关专业的博士学历或有1年以上开发经验的研究生。

English level英语水平：

Proficient in both Chinese and English (reading, writing, and speaking).

中文及英文沟通能力（书面及口语）。

Training experience培训经历：

Extensive experience in food microbiology, molecular microbiology and related technologies.

充分的食品微生物学、分子生物学及相关项目经验。

Knowledge in molecular testings and food safety management. Industry experience is preferred.

了解食品加工及安全相关知识。有食品行业从业经验者优先考虑。

Work experience工作经验：

Molecular lab working time above 1 year, high performer.

分子生物学实验经验至少1年以上

Skills & Abilities技能和素质：

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for building strong relationships with technical and non-technical

teams internally and externally. Problem-solving skills are a must.
