Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with their inquiries and concerns in (English) via phone, chat, or email;
Communicate effectively with customers, showing empathy and patience;
Work as a part of a high-performing team, supporting and helping colleagues and your Team Lead as required;
Advocate the Trip.com culture both internally and externally;
Assist with ad hoc projects assigned by Team Leads / Supervisors.
具有大专及以上学历。
英文、日语、韩语等语言流利,具备良好的英语书面和口头沟通能力。
具备较强的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力。
具有良好的问题解决能力和抗压能力。
熟练使用办公软件,如Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint等)。
具备较强的学习能力和适应能力,能够快速掌握新知识和技能。
作息安排:轮班:7:00-16:00
9:00-18:00
15:00-24:00
17:00-02:00(偶尔支持)
上五休二,一周排一次班,不确定周末休息。
