1. Leading the FA team to provide failure analysis service to R&E, Engineering, PE, Production, and other internal / external customer. Identify the root cause of customer request, quality issue to improve AOS product quality level.
2. Resource and work load management. Receive FA request and assign FA task, blance work load and leverage resource within team, assign work priority and tracking output.
3. Overall plan and management for all the FA resource, material, equipment.
4. Maintain and continue improve FA process, ensure correct FA procedures carried out in accordance with the written process and work instructions to fulfil FA engineering requirements, implement up-to-date FA techniques.
5. Development of FA capability, introduce new FA methods, materials, tools, equipments and techniques.
6. Coaching to the team, develop subordinates technical skills, follow proper training programs and develop team competence.
7. Continuously improve FA system to meet quality requirements and ESH requirements, ensure proper chemical management in accordance to the company ESH regulations, ensure safety in all FA process.
8. Other work assigned by management.
任职要求：
1. Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Chemical, and others).
2. At least 5 years Semiconductor FA/Reliability, Quality experience is preferred.
3. Solid FA knowledge and concept/procedure of FA, prolonged job experience or overseas training in semiconductor products.
4. Good leadership to bring a team a competent and high performance force.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Good analytic and problem solving skill with logic thinking.
