1、 识别评估客户光学设计需求，并完成光学相关的沟通和设计；
1. Identify and evaluate customer optical design requirements, and complete optical-related communication and design;
2、整理和分析方案可行性，完成DFMEA等设计文件；
2.Organize and analyze the feasibility of the plan, complete DFMEA and other design documents;
3、与电子工程师一起完成LED的选型；
3. Complete the LED selection with the electronic engineer;
4、根据法律法规要求对灯光进行模拟和测量工作；
4.Perform lighting simulation and measurement work according to rules and regulations;
5、与结构工程师共同完成产品的3D设计工作，使产品满足配光要求，参与设计评审。零件开发阶段，配合项目经理结构工程师完成光学零件的设计优化，样品阶段光学问题优化；
5. Collaborate with structural engineers to complete the 3D design of the product, make the product meet the light distribution requirements, and participate in the design review. In the part development stage, cooperate with the project manager and structural engineer to complete the design optimization of optical parts, and optimize the optical problems in the sample stage;
6、完成领导安排的其他工作事宜。
6. Complete other tasks arranged by the Supervisor.


任职条件：
1. 熟练使用CATIA/UG软件进行产品三维设计，熟悉一种配光软件，SPEOS优先考虑；
Proficient in using CATIA/UG software for product 3D design, familiar with a kind of light distribution software, SPEOS is preferred;
2. 熟悉汽车灯具的配光要求，了解各种光学试验测试要点，有车载灯具产品设计经验者优先；
Familiar with the light distribution requirements of automotive lamps, understand various optical test points, and have experience in automotive lamp product design is preferred;
3. 熟悉产品设计开发流程，能独立承担产品结构的开发、外协跟踪、缺陷整改等工作，熟悉IATF16949质量管理体系；
Familiar with product design and development process, able to independently undertake product structure development, outsourcing tracking, defect rectification, etc., familiar with IATF16949 quality management system;
4. 能适应公司短期出差需求；
Able to adapt to the company's short-term business
5. 有较强的责任心，良好的团队协作能力和沟通能力，善于学习；
Have a strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork and communication skills, and good at learning;
6. 本科及以上学历，光学背景相关专业，英语口语熟练；
Bachelor degree or above, major in optical background, proficient in spoken English;
7. 2年以上汽车电子产品开发设计经验，熟悉汽车类产品从设计到投产的整个过程，至少有一个投产项目经验。
More than 3 years of automotive electronic product development and design experience, familiar with the entire process of automotive products from design to production, and at least one production project experience.
