工作职责：
1.Fast response to take actions to solve the quality problem related with supplier and follow up the 8D report for supplier;
快速响应供应商质量问题并持续跟踪8D报告中相关问题的解决进度；
2.Conduct regular supplier audit according to TS16949 and ISO 9001 -requirements and maintain supplier performance rating system;
按照 IS16949和ISO 9001等要求，定期进行供应商审核，并制定维护供应商绩效评估管理系统;
3 Make a KPI performance for supplier and review the performance monthly or quarterly;
对供应商制定KPI绩效考核，并每月或每季度对供应商绩效进行打分评定
4 Lead supplier PPAP submission and approval for new project , participate in internal quality CIP work for ELETEK plant.
主导新项目启动供应商PPAP文件的提交与批准过程，积极参与工厂内部质量改进工作。
5 Follow up supplier charge back status based on the quality agreement ;
根据供应商质量协议中的条款，积极跟踪供应商质量问题索赔等情况
6 Support QE to improve the quality performance and push suppler continuous improvement.
协助现场质量工程师共同提高质量表现，推动供应商持续改善。
7 Participate in the design review of incoming materials measurement tools, and conduct necessary skills training for incoming inspectors;
参与来料计量和测量工具的设计评审，并对进料检验员进行必要的技能培训;
8 According to the arrangement of the manager, participate in the handling of customer quality complaints, analyze customer complaint issues and reply to customer analysis reports (such as 8D reports), etc.
根据经理的安排,能够参与客户质量投诉处理工作,分析客诉问题并回复客户分析报告(如8D报告)等;
9 According to the manager's arrangement, participate in the quality system audit work (including internal audits and audits by the second and third parties), summarize the audit issues, and follow up on the rectification of the audit issues.
根据经理的安排,能够参与质量体系审核工作(包括内部审核和第二方及三方应审),汇总审核问题,跟进审核问题整改;
10 .According to the manager's arrangement, participate in the project APQP quality work, complete the PPAP process and the PPAP document package required by the customer, complete the control plan, and data analysis work such as R&R, Cmk, and Cpk at the project stage;
根据经理的安排,能够参与前期项目质量工作,完成PPAP过程及客户要求的PPAP文件包,完成项目控制计划编写,完成项目阶段R&R,Cmk,Cpk等数据分析工作;
11.Complete other assignments arranged by quality manager；
完成质量经理安排的其他相关工作。
职位要求：
1.Bachelor or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering，Electronic Engineering or related.
大学本科以上学历，机械工程类，电子工程类等相关专业
2. Good knowledge of Supplier quality management system, tools, international standards and customer quality requirements (e.g., IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, VDA 6.3 and etc.) 。
具备良好的供应商质量管理体系、工具、国际标准和客户质量要求（例如，IATF16949、APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA、8D 、VDA 6.3等等）的知识。
3.Good problem-solving skills, able to apply effective problem-solving methodology, including 8D/ 5WHY /Fishbone and other critical tools.
具备良好的问题解决技能，能够应用有效的问题解决方法，包括 8D/5why/Fishbone以及其他关键工具。
4.Good communication and coordination skills.
良好的沟通和协调技能。
5．Strong personality and capable to work under pressure.
个性坚强且能够在压力下工作。
6.Be able to communicate in fluent English(such as Email, Call meeting)
能够用流利的英语进行交流（比如电子邮件、电话会议）。
7.Good PC application skills (MS office，Minitab etc).
良好的个人电脑应用技能（办公软件,Minitab等）
