1. Be responsible research and develop new products and push to solve products development problems, make sure new products meet customer’s requirement.

2. Follow APQP process to finish new products 2D/3D drawings, BOM, DFMEA, specification, DVP, RDM/RDO etc. and make sure new products mass production smoothly.
遵循APQP流程完成新产品的2D/3D图纸，BOM, DFMEA, 技术规范，设计验证等，确保新产品顺利量产。

3. Management of products and parts drawings, BOM and define product standards, package standard etc.
管理产品图纸、BOM清单，定义产品标准和包装的标准等。

4. Responsible for products optimizing and improvement constantly.
负责产品的持续优化和改善。

5. Support team to analyze and improve the product problems.
支持团队分析和解决产品问题。

6. Promote ECR/ECN changes for products and materials.
推动产品和材料ECR/ECN的变更。

7. Lead products cost accounting and new products quotation.
主导产品成本核算和新产品报价。

8. Keep in closely touch with sales team and get the customer’ requirement.
与销售团队保持密切联系，获得客户的需求。

9. Assist Supply chain to finish cost saving analysis and validation.
协助供应链完成成本节俭的分析和验证。
