l Organize the production department processes and personnel to fulfill the targets set out by the CoC China and Local Management

l Ensure the delivery of local assembled machines according to customer requests and quality requirements

l Ensure optimized processes within the area of responsibility to meet KPI requirements regarding inventory, delivery performance, quality performance

l Continuously improve and adjust processes, layouts and equipment to retain the highest levels of productivity

l Managing assembly and machining departments

l Develop the team

l Assuring good understanding of local market and maintaining good relations with key stakeholders (customers, suppliers, internal departments locally and abroad)

Authority to decide

Requirements

Education

Engineering degree

Work experience

5+ years in operations related production management

Expertise and methodology

(Business knowledge, languages, MS-Office, etc.)

Professional English

Data analysis skills

Peoples management skills

ERP and digital production experience

Experience with CNC machining would be an advantage
