• 专家级SQL数据库设计和优化能力

• 企业数据系统架构的成熟经验

• AI/ML模型部署和集成的深厚背景

• 技术项目管理的领导经验

• JavaScript、HTML、CSS全栈开发经验

• 深入理解数据管道架构和ETL流程

• 计算机科学硕士学位或同等经验

• 优秀的战略思维和沟通能力

• 能够将业务需求转化为技术解决方案

Position Overview: We are seeking a Technical Director to lead our AI and data systems initiatives.
This leadership role involves architecting and implementing enterprise-scale
LLM-integrated databases, directing the development of AI-driven business
intelligence solutions, and building comprehensive data platforms that
transform our operations and client services.

Key
Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and development of
LLM-integrated database systems

• Direct the design and implementation of enterprise
data pipelines connecting ERP, accounting, and CRM systems

• Oversee the creation of advanced business intelligence
dashboards and financial reporting tools

• Guide team development of analytics systems for
project performance and cost optimization

• Architect and deploy production AI solutions using
ChatGPT, Claude, and emerging platforms

• Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model
fine-tuning, and RAG implementations

• Lead technical strategy and mentor engineering team
members

Essential Requirements:

• High-level proficiency in Python (mandatory) -
must demonstrate advanced capabilities in Python development

• Expert-level SQL database design and optimization

• Proven experience architecting enterprise data systems

• Strong background in AI/ML model deployment and
integration

• Demonstrated leadership in technical project
management

• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS for full-stack
development

• Deep understanding of data pipeline architectures and
ETL processes

• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
experience

• Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills

• Ability to translate business requirements into
technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Chinese business platforms (DingTalk,
Feishu, WeChat Work)

• Knowledge of local ERP systems (Kingdee, Yonyou)

• Previous experience in architecture or design industry

• Bilingual proficiency (English/Chinese)
