i. MAIN MISSIONS
- Manage the development of Segment sales for China (direct customers, distributors, integrators, key accounts) and customer satisfaction. To implement the Segment's commercial strategy and action plan in line with the Group's and Cluster's strategic axes.
- Control and development of the Segment's profitability of sales, margin on cost of sales and customer satisfaction. Gravotech can be participated in client’s new project at the first time.
- Continuously developing automotive market, including tire1 auto parts suppliers and relatives.
- Ensure the support to the customers of the identification and the good coordination with the sales team, , in collaboration with the Cluster Manager.
II. SECONDARY MISSIONS AND BACKUP
- Automotive KA management, coordinate with local sales to set up strong KA network
- Organized technical and marketing team focusing on solution providing.
- Network with other subsidiaries team for KA development and management.
III. QUALITY
- At least 8-10 year sales background in automotive.
- Technical and/or Business degree Education background.
- Integration skills, at least familiar with integration and automation work
- Good teamwork and communication skills, network with global Group team.
- Strategical thinker and sales experience for business development. Independent and self-organizing capability to work in complex environments.
- Good oral, read and written English skills
