1.负责公用设施包括厂房、厂区道路、给排水及供电供气等的综合管理，建立设备、设施台帐，监督检查设备的正常运行及维修保养情况；
Be responsible for integrated management of communal facilities, including factory building, factory roads, water supply and drainage, electricity and gas, establishing standing book of equipment and facilities, supervising and checking the normal operation of facilities, and repair and maintenance conditions;
2.及时协调厂房、场地规划，解决相关设施运行中遇到的重大问题，保证正常的生产和工作秩序；
Coordinate plans for factory buildings and places timely, solve serious problems in operation of relevant facilities, and guarantee the normal production and working order;
3.编制公用设施更新计划，并提交母公司审批；
Formulate update plans for communal facilities and submit them to parent company for approval;
4.负责设备设施维护、保养过程中的环境管理;
Be responsible for the environment management in facility repair and maintenance.
5.做好防汛防台防雪防寒防冻工作，防止自然灾害，确保安全生产;
Complete anti-flood\heavy snow\severe cold\freeze and other related matters, to avoid natural hazard and ensure the manufacture safety;
6.编制及修改公共设备、设施管理、能源管理中的各种制度，并组织实施、监督检查等工作;
Edit and amend all the systems of public facility equipment、equipment management、energy source management, and organize the execution、supervise and check;
7.负责能源管理，定期做出节能报告，提出建议;
Be responsible for energy source management, give the energy reservation
8.及时提出设备维修用具、更换备件的购买和制造计划；管好各类维修用具及已领用的零部件。按经济合理的原则维修或更换机械零部件，降低使用成本；
Make purchasing and manufacturing plan for maintaining tools and replacing parts in time. Manage all repairing tools and drawn parts. Maintain and replace mechanical parts economically and reasonably; reduce using cost.
9.规范和改进公用设施管理的作业规范和场景指导书，对外包方实施管理，并对外包方人员进行技术指导、调配和考核等。
Specify and improve the utility operation instructions, including the scene job specifications; manage the outsourcing utility operation supplier, conduct technical guidance to the outsourcing technicians, deploy and assess the outsourcing utility operators.
10.指导和管理公用设施维修工和外包方做好以下工作：
Direct and manage infrastructure maintenance workers and outsourcing technicians to carry out the following work:
(1) 做好公用系统设备、管路的日常维护工作，及时诊断、排除和抢修各类设备和管路故障，保证能源正常供给；
Daily maintenance of equipment of public service system, pipes and power lines; diagnose and repair breakdown of the equipment, pipes and power lines and ensure normal supply.
(2) 严格遵守安全制度，进行规范维修操作，并清洁维修现场；按规定做好设备的定期保养工作，并对设备进行动态跟踪和检查；
Strictly obey safety regulation, carry out maintenance according to regulation and clean the repairing site. Carry out regular maintenance of the equipment, trace and check equipment situation.
(3) 对公用系统设备、管路进行日常巡视，发现问题及时解决，并向科室领导反馈；

11. 根据上级确定的工作目标和要求，制订本模块工作计划，并有效贯彻实施；
Make functional working plans according to the working plan made by superior and effectively implement plans and fulfill objectives.
12. 严格遵守公司的环保和安全生产要求，协助推进环保和安全相关工作；
Abide by company requirements of environmental protection and safe production strictly, assist relevant work about environmental protection and safe production;
13. 进行持续改进，并修订和完善与本职工作相关的各类规范；
Carry out job improvement continuously and in charge of revision and perfect related regulations, which are relative to daily work.
14. 遵守法律法规，遵守并执行公司各项规章制度和相关岗位规范；
