Field Applications Engineer

Location: Shanghai, China

Type of Employee: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Work as technical support window for distribution customers in north China;

• Help Sales manager on identifying target application markets of each production lines and support DI activities;

• Regularly co-working with Distribution partners on customer visiting for product solution promotion and solving technical issues;

• Closely co-work with global product marketing and application teams for high level support and market information feedback;

• Assist on field failure analyze and RMA report follow up;

• Provide technical training to FAE/Sales of Distributors/Reps;

• Represent PI as speaker at exhibition and other marketing promotion activities;

Competencies

• Bachelors with 8 years’ experiences or Masters with 5 years’ experiences as power electronic RD engineer;

• Good time management in dealing with wide range of market and customers.

• Fluent in both written and verbal English;

• Excellent customer service skills;

• Able for biz travel frequently;

• Strong willing for self-studying and Passion to Win;
