Main Duties of the Jobholder
1. Set up and maintain efficient process and procedure on project fabrication, subcontracting management, and production engineering support.
2. Enhance capability of supervisors and engineers under construction team to meet project and company future requirements.
3. Responsible for all construction and coordination activities of Project involving fabrication and production engineering.
4. Maintain good communication and coordination with Yard Operations department, engineering department, Purchasing department, safety department, quality department and subcontractors.
5. Plan, develop and organize the construction and production engineering effort to formulate the most cost-effective plan to timely completion within budget and to implement the execution of that plan.
6. Responsible for implementation of the scope of work as related to construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning of the facilities in conformance with project specifications, scope of work and in accordance with the approved project schedule.
7. Clearly delegate actions and responsibilities and define deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to team members.
8. Facility timely problem resolution with the construction team members.
9. Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance. Provide recommendations and institute measures for improvement by modification to operating procedures/ work instructions.
10. Adhere to company safety standards and promote safety culture among the ranks throughout the company.
11. High standard of safe working practice, quality and productivity as well as compliance with the code of business conducts.
12. Besides the above-listed, shall be responsible for other duties assigned by department manager or the company.
Essential:
①10年以上相关工作经验，同时拥有设计、项目经理以及大型水工EPC项目全程管理经验
②持有一级建造师证书（水工类），具备高级工程师职称者优先
③英语流利，可熟练对接外方客户及处理英文文件
