2.10+ years of electronics industry/soft goods industry sourcing experience, international/cross functional experience will be preferred.
10 年以上电子行业/纺织品行业的采购经验，有外资企业工作经验者优先.
3.CET 4, Fluent English, both written and spoken.
大学英语四级，流利的英语（包括书面和口语）.

岗位职责：
1. Be responsible for the development and procurement of injection, metal parts (Stamping/Die casting/MIM/Forging).
负责注塑件、金属件（冲压/压铸/金属模压/锻造）的开发与采购工作.
2. Supplier development and qualification
Develop new supplier based on project demand and commodity strategy; Do supplier analysis and lead audit to find the right source (quality, cost, service).
供应商开发与评估
根据项目需求和商品策略开发新的供应商；进行供应商分析并组织初步审核，以确定合适的供应商（考虑质量、成本和服务因素）。
3. Pricing and term negotiation
Negotiate with suppliers to get the best price and terms.
价格与条款协商
与供应商进行谈判，以争取获得最优价格和条款.
4.Contract Preparation & Review
Negotiate contract terms with supplier and submit contract for approval to avoid legal/commercial risks.
合同准备与审查
与供应商协商合同条款，并提交合同以供审批，以避免法律/商业风险.
5.Supplier Management
Regular supplier review meeting to drive improvement on supplier quality/cost/delivery
供应商管理
定期召开供应商审查会议，以推动供应商在质量、成本和交付方面取得改进.
6.KPI driving
Negotiate with suppliers for cost reduction based on cost analysis/demand/market data, push back cost increase; Drive cost reduction opportunity with engineering team; Drive dual source.
关键绩效指标驱动
根据成本分析/需求/市场数据与供应商进行谈判以降低成本，***成本上涨；与工程团队共同挖掘降低成本的机会；推动双重来源方案.
