岗位职责:
1、根据上级领导安排负责按要求完成菜品制作准备工作;
2、按照工作流程完成菜品制作原材料的处理准备工作,配合完成菜品制作;
3、负责工作区域的卫生、燃气安全,确保工作环境整洁、无安全隐患。
职位要求:
1、1年以上西餐热菜工作经验;
2、人品端正,态度认真,服从上级领导安排;
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for completing the preparation work of dish preparation according to the requirements arranged by the superior leadership;
2. Complete the processing and preparation of raw materials for dish preparation according to the workflow, and cooperate to complete the dish preparation;
3. Responsible for the hygiene and gas safety of the work area, ensuring a clean and safe working environment without any safety hazards.
Job requirements:
1. More than 1 year of work experience in Western hot dishes;
2. Good character, serious attitude, and obedience to superiors' arrangements;
