熟悉房间预订的处理和程序，精通各种用于预订房间的软件和设备的操作。

Familiar with the processing and procedures of room reservations, proficient in the operation of various software and equipment used for booking rooms.

处理收到的所有预订单和相关的信息，在收到的当天及时处理。

Process all received advance orders and related information in a timely manner on the day of receipt.

熟悉酒店的挂帐政策，从而有效的处理和执行结算的要求。

Familiar with the hotel's credit policy, in order to effectively handle and execute settlement requirements.

对酒店的特殊价格，优惠和宣传项目有较好的了解。

Have a good understanding of the hotel's special prices, discounts, and promotional items.

与酒店各部门和以及客户建立良好的关系，以保持良好的服务素质。

Establish good relationships with various departments of the hotel and customers to maintain excellent service quality.

岗位要求
大专以上学历。

College degree or above.

熟练使用电脑及上网操作。

Proficient in using computers and internet operations.

有较好的组织协调能力、语言表达能力及理解能力。

Has good organizational and coordination skills, language expression ability, and comprehension ability.
