职位描述
岗位职责:
1、办理入住登记和退房手续Be responsible for handling check-in and check-out procedures for hotel guests;
2、负责在前厅范围内的对客服务,做到热情友好,彬彬有礼,同时负责财务帐目和收集整理客人的资料Be responsible for providing guest services in the lobby area with enthusiasm, friendliness and politeness. Meanwhile, handle financial accounts and collect/compile guest information;
3、经常支持并回顾目前的程序确保高水准的服务提高客人满意度,建立客人的忠实感Regularly support and review current procedures to ensure high-level service, enhance guest satisfaction, and build guest loyalty;
4、保持标准的仪容仪表Maintain standard grooming and appearance;
5、完成前厅经理,前厅部服务经理和前厅部宾客服务主管随时布置的工作及任务Complete tasks and assignments promptly as assigned by the Front Office Manager, Front Office Service Manager, and Front Office Guest Service Supervisor。
岗位要求:
1、良好英文沟通能力Good English communication skills;
2、具有良好的服务意识,团队协作精神以及良好的沟通协调及应变能力Have good service awareness, team spirit, as well as excellent communication, coordination and adaptability;
3、具备良好的学习能力和抗压能力Have good learning ability and stress resistance;
4、能适应倒班工作Able to adapt to shift work。
