Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the MENA co-man project team each function and people SMART objective setting.
• Take a leading role in driving project forward via effective management measures.
• Ensure operations in co-man comply with QMS and the Group specific requirements.
• Coordinate production plan and implement to ensure dispatch according to ETD.
• Coordinate and liaise between drier and Chaucer to meet business needs.
• Monitor production system and processing as to guarantee yield and quality to required standard and customer requirement.
• Run CI project to improve technology, capacity, yield and efficiency.
• Regular feedback and report to Company management on manufacture situation.

Qualification:
• Bachelor degree or above, major in Food Science and Engineering, chemistry, or related subject with comprehensive foods manufacturer knowledge.
• 8 years or above fruit/vegetable manufacture senior management experiences.
• Proven tracking record of management role and excellent knowledge of food manufacturing operations.
• Familiar with food management system and related foods regulations.
• A high level of integrity is critical, with strong leadership, influential, motivational skills.
• Good command of English skills is a must, if additionally Arabic ability is preferred.
• Adapt to business travel included oversea, cross-cultural adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
• Salary is negotiable based on competency and responsibilities.
