Objectives:

The role will be responsible for
setting/optimizing the retail credit policies and guidelines for retail
financing (especially for used car), ensuring their correct implementation
within Operations, and tracking contract performance. This will be carried out
across different brands with different customer profiles. The focus will also
include anti-fraud. 该职位将负责制定/优化零售融资（包括二手车融资）的零售信贷政策和指南，确保其在运营中的正确实施，并跟踪已签订合同表现，包括还款情况、逾期率等，及时发现问题并采取相应措施。该职位针将对不同品牌和不同客户群体的特点，制定相应的信贷政策和风险控制措施，同时关注零售融资中的欺诈风险。

Job responsibilities:

Establish the credit policies and guidelines
for retail business (especially for used car)
including policy rules, verifications and documentation requirements. 制定零售业务（包括二手车业务）的信贷政策和指南，包括政策规则、验证和文件要求。

Work with Retail Risk manager and
Operation manager to ensure the correct implementation and optimization of
policies and guidelines. 与零售风险经理和运营经理合作，确保政策和指南的正确实施和优化。

Ensure high level of communication and
collaboration between Operation and Risk in training of Operations underwriting
team. 确保运营和风险部门之间在高水平上进行沟通和协作，培训运营审批团队。

·
Ensure all policies/guidelines and admission
decisions are aligned with regulatory authorities and overall company policies确保所有政策/指南和准入决定与监管机构及公司整体政策保持一致。

·
Collect, formulate and recommend the changes
of the policies based on regulations, market information and the feedback from
other departments such as Operations and Sales根据法规、市场信息以及来自运营、销售等其他部门的反馈，收集、制定并推荐政策变更。

Optimize decision engine rules to support CA
make credit decision优化决策引擎规则，以支持CA（信用审批）做出信贷决策。

Job requirements:

·
University degree or above holder拥有大学本科或以上学历

·
5+ years of risk
management/underwriting (especially for used car) experience 5年及以上风险管理/审批经验（包括二手车业务）

·
Experience of auto finance lending to
individuals and/or SME segments具备针对个人和/或中小企业（SME）汽车金融贷款经验

·
Good communication skills in both spoken and
written English and Mandarin具备良好的的英语和普通话口语及书面沟通能力
