1. Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors such as enterprise management, business administration, human resources, etc;
2. Experience requirement: 3 years of work experience in the same position, with priority given to those with relevant work experience in the construction, engineering, or technology industries;
3. Basic skills: Understand modern enterprise management, familiar with various modules of administrative management and human resource management;
4. Sexual integrity and other requirements: Good written and oral communication skills, strong affinity and service awareness, communication and comprehension abilities, strong judgment and decision-making abilities; Work meticulously and conscientiously, with strong principles, good execution ability and professional ethics; Strong adaptability and communication skills both internally and externally
job responsibilities
1. Coordinate the administrative work of the office, including drafting documents, organizing meetings, hosting and organizing events, and coordinating logistical support work;
2. Complete the personnel management of the office, including recruitment, employee activities, social security processing, and enhance the corporate culture and values;
3. Handle comprehensive affairs of the office, including project procedures handling, foreign trade business support, etc
4. Cross departmental collaboration, coordinating interdepartmental cooperation between the company headquarters and offices.
5. Other tasks arranged by the leader.
