1.负责各农场建设项目的实施，从项目准备、方案规划到土建施工Responsible for the implementation of different farm construction projects, from project preparation, program planning to civil construction;

2.管理协调不同的项目Manage and coordinate the different projects;

3.提供技术支持和解决方案，确保安装作业现场的沟通与协调Provide the technic support and solutions, ensure the connection between the equipment and civil works at job site;

4.优化工作流程，解决作业现场遇到的问题Optimize the work procedure and resolve the problems encountered at the sites;

5.确保实施科普利信技术标准与农场建设标准Ensure implementation of the technical standards and farm construction standards of Cooperl.

要求Requirements:

1.土木工程/机械工程专业，本科学历Bachelor degree, major in civil engineering/mechanical engineering

2.5年农场建设经验，2年项目管理经验At least 5yrs of farm construction experience, 2yrs of project management experience

3.适应出差Adapt to business trips/work at sites across China;

4.执行力强，良好的解决问题的能力及沟通技巧Good execution ability, problem-solving ability and communication skills

5.英语流利优先考虑Fluent English is preferred

6.外企工作经历优先考虑Experience in foreign company will be a plus
