职位描述
工作职责:
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall management of the company's system, organizing and implementing internal audits, management review and external third-party audit. Organize relevant departments to analyze the causes of the items found in the audit process and formulate corrective and preventive action to ensure the implementation.
负责公司体系的整体管理,组织并实施内审,管理评审及外部第三方的审核。针对审核过程中的发现项,组织相关部门进行原因分析并制定改正和预防措施,确保措施的执行。
2. Track the company's quality objective management, analyze, and promote the improvement of target performance, and communicate with various relevant departments and foreign quality teams on the performance of the target in time.
跟踪公司的质量目标管理,分析和推动改善目标表现,并及时就目标的表现情况和各个相关部门和国外质量团队进行沟通。
3. Organize relevant cross-functional departments to sort out and optimize the company's existing weak processes and promote the continuous improvement of the company's quality management with systematic thinking. 组织相关跨职能部门对公司现有薄弱流程进行梳理优化,用体系化的思想推动公司质量管理的持续改善。
4. Receiving external customer audit and management excellence audits within carrier group and driving improvements in the findings of customer and management excellence audits.
接待客户及集团公司内部的质量和卓越管理的审核,推动客户及卓越管理审核过程中的发现项的改善关闭。
5. Participate in the investigation of non-conformities, customer complaints, and corrective/preventive actions.
参与不符合项,客户投诉和纠正/预防措施的调查。
6. Organize the company's quality culture construction, carry out quality month, quality training and other activities.
组织公司的质量文化建设,开展质量月,质量培训等活动
7. Deal with quality problems from customer side, define and follow-up corrective actions and preventive actions.
处理客户方的质量问题,定义并跟进/实施纠正措施和预防措施
8. Drive quality improvements to meet customer expectations on product.
推动质量改进,以满足客户对产品的质量要求。
9. Organize quality meeting with related customers and stakeholders to share quality issues update periodically.
定期组织与客户和相关方的会议分享更新质量问题情况。
10. Complete other tasks assigned from line manager.
完成主管经理交办的其他工作。
录用要求:
Qualification and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics, Material,Refrigeration and English with more than 5 years’ work experience
本科学历,机械,材料,制冷或者英语等相关专业
2. Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
英语听说读写能力
3. More than 8 years of experience in quality system management, familiar with ISO9001, TS6949 and other management systems. who has rich experience on quality culture establishment, system running, process optimization, customer audit and customer complaint handling.
8年以上质量体系管理工作经验,熟悉ISO9001,TS6949 等管理体系。对质量文化的建立,体系运行,流程优化及客户审核,客户投诉处理有着丰富的经验。
4. Good teamwork spirit and great communication skills are a must.

5. Strong self-management and motivation skills are required.
具有自我管理和积极主动的能力
6. Must be ISO9001 or TS16949 internal auditor and experienced on customer complaint handling. Experience on lean and 6sigma is preferred.
