职位描述
Key Tasks:
1.Consolidate and manage learning data
2.Support training and project operation, including communications, resource planning, training implementation and follow-ups
3.Process and monitor learning payment to ensure the accuracy and efficiency
4.Build learning reports / MI for stakeholders
5.Connect with internal learning teams and external vendor closely to ensure the process / procedures accuracy
6.Provide observation & feedback to team to enhance operation efficiency & effectiveness
7.Team admin, ad-hoc tasks
Requirement:
Experience
1.Bachelor
2.1 year or above experience on data management / operation admin, experience on L&TD or project management is preferred
Knowledge
3.Familiar with MS office, graphic design is preferred
4.Good written & spoken English
