Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular market research and analysis.
2. Develop and implement marketing strategy for residential project.
3. Carry out sales, marketing, and brand promotion activities of residential projects developed by the company. Responsible for marketing planning, execution, and work summary. Developing and managing marketing budget.
4. Responsible for the visual identity development, planning, creativity, and production of advertising and promotional collateral; Integrate materials & sources for marketing, and monitor the quality of copywriting, graphic design, video, and other content.
5. Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities. Manage the operation of social media platforms.
6. Very well understand the development of new media and new marketing methods in Shanghai. Actively update the sales and marketing progress of comparable projects.
7. Brand management related works, i.e., news promotion, advertising, public opinion management and crisis management, etc.
8. Communicate and collaborate with other departments; Coordinate the work of consultants and vendors; Maintain good relations with the media and various sectors of society.
9. Other marketing-related tasks assigned by the company or superior.
Job requirements:
1. Degree in Marketing or related discipline with minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing, PR/advertising agency, solid experience in property developers preferred.
2. Solid experience in marketing, planning, and branding of real estate enterprises, good planning skills and report writing ability, familiar with the whole process of marketing and planning and the work of various modules, profound knowledge of Shanghai property market.
3. Knowledge and skills in copywriting, graphic design, social media and video production.
4. Well understand advertising laws, market regulations and digital marketing rules.
5. Creative, self-motivated, responsible, with passion for high-end property marketing.
6. Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
7. Well-developed network with media.
