Material management (物料专员):
1. Daily operation for PO relevant issues.
2. Master data analysis and maintain.
3. Inventory control with safty level , avoid material shortage and Obsolescence.
4. Forecast analysis and risk management
5. Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, production departments, and other relevant parties to optimize the material supply process
Planning (PMC):
1. Daily operation for planning job: output follow up , order release ,customer enquiry ,shipment arrange,system leveling .
2. Capacity analysis for short term and long term,risk management for the capacity issue.
3. Demand and production planning for weekly and monthly , both for inhouse and external supplier .
4. Inventory control with HEIJUNKA production
5. Communicate and coordinate with shift leader and Value stream manager to optimize planing process
