· Strictly follow the requirements of the quality management system within the scope of own responsibility.

· To ensure the realization of the function KPI

· Support quality manger to establish company quality system, pass IATF16949 audit and get certificate.

· Support Project manager to successfully obtain milestone of new project.

· Problem solving and follow-up regarding internal and external audit except IATF.

· To ensure all produce process and operation correspond to requirements of document during manufacturing aim at obtaining good commodity.

Duties & Responsibilities职责与责任

· Support to establish and maintain the quality system, according to the company's development strategy plan, establish the relevant system documents, ensure the quality system operation meets the relevant requirements.

· Participate in the audit works, formulate the annual audit plan according to the relevant requirements, complete the audit work on time, and ensure the conformity of the quality system operation.

· Cooperate with third party quality system audit to ensure the audit passes smoothly.

· Take charge of organizing the implementation of internal process/product audit, organizing the implementation of on-site layered audit, standardization, and improvement of on-site operating conditions.

· Take charge of the preparation of PPAP documentation for new projects or changes.

· Participate in FMEA and CP creation.

· Take charge of quality tools the validation and acceptance.

· Take charge of quality tools statistics analysis and internal/ external calibration mission.

· Take charge of process quality control.

· Organize analysis of axle rebuild, scraps and downtime which cause by internal process quality issue and take the corrective/preventive actions to prevent quality issues re-occurrence.

· To quickly react quality problem and take the containment actions immediately in order to decrease cost.

· To comply with all quality and safety procedures of enterprise and Chinese legal requirement.

· To complete other tasks from direct leader.

Qualifications能力及素质

· Bachelor’s degree or above。

· Over 10 years’ experience of process quality management in automotive industrial.

· Familiar with IATF16949, VDA6.3 internal audit experience is preferred.

· License to internal quality system and process audit preferred.

· Fluent in written and oral English.

· Experience with Excel, PPT and Word.

· Familiar with quality management tools, e.g. MSA, SPC, FMEA and CP.

· Proactive, strong executive ability, strong awareness of quality and cost, strong writing and editing skills.

· Good ability of organization, coordination, communication, work planning and overall planning.

· Ability to understand and comply the instruction from the leader.
