岗位职责:

1、Study the various business processes and scenarios in Provide continuous improvement on the core algorithms and models.

研究各业务各场景，对核心算法和模型进行持续改进；

2、Build up data science and machine learning team, to support the urging business need in the fast-growing environment, to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the business processes.

搭建数据分析和机器学习团队，支持快速增长的业务需要，提升业务流程的执行效率

3、Follow and study the most recent advances in the AI community and improve our existing solutions continuously.

跟进业内前沿问题和最新研究进展，并且结合业务场景改进效果。

任职要求:

1、3+ years professional experience with Master

s degree and above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines

硕士三年相关工作经验以上，计算机科学、软件工程或相关学科

2、Solid understanding of major machine learning algorithms (including classic machine learning and deep learning). Capable of translating the business problem into data science problem and improving the solution along with the use case scenarios.

精通各类机器学习算法（包括经典的机器学习算法和深度学习），拥有对实际问题做个性化建模的能力，并能结合业务场景进行改进

3、Deep knowledge about at least one major deep learning framework (TensorFlow / PyTorch etc.)

深入了解至少一种深度学习编程框架（TensorFlow/Pytorch/其它）

4、Solid computer science foundation and programming skills in Java, Python and R

计算机基础知识与编程基本功（Java / Python/ R 等）扎实

5、Good implementation skills and be able to deliver Proof of Concept along with agile development process.

具有较好的实现能力，能够结合敏捷开发对自己设计的模型方法做proof of concept的实现

6、Good communication skill and team work, upright working attitude and special attention to high quality

良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，严谨的工作态度与高质量意识

7、Eager to innovate, follow the recent research advance in AI community, solve the challenging problem at edge

良好的创新意识和能力，跟进AI领域发展演进，解决前沿课题。
