1. Execute development projects across all phases (STA/IND1/IND2) under the guidance of the Development & Innovation Manager.
2. Translate customer requests into technical solutions.
3. Prepare and verify samples in collaboration with Quality department to ensure compliance with standards.
4. Offer logistics support to the sales team: samples, color books, boxes,…
5. Support the transfer of successful developments into production.
6. Contributes ideas to new technical, commercial developments and innovative projects.
7. Maintain accurate records in development databases (SharePoint, etc.).
8. Set up SOP for relevant processes in product development.
9. Submit regular report on periodical summaries, reflections and areas of improvement.
10. Participate in customer visits and technical discussions when required.
11. Follow safety, health, and environmental regulations in daily work.
12. Other projects/tasks assigned by Development & Innovation Manager.

任职要求：

1. Batchelor or above in Material Science or experience equivalent, preferably majored in polymer, chemical, or textile engineering.
2. Experience in an international environment is a plus.
3. Chinese mother tongue and good command of English.Other languages are an asset.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
6. Good skills MS Office

8. Obtain knowledge and skills in safety, environmental protection and occupational health management
