岗位职责：

1. 新粘合剂产品配方的研制、评估以及测试工作；

2. 为研发实验室研发人员创建实验设计;

3. 与团队成员一起制作实验室小样本；

4. 根据客户要求对最终产品应用进行测试；

5. 进行材料样品分析；

6. 管理多位研发工程师的工作，以及从事相关的行政工作；

7. 支持从研发到生产的技术转移；

8. 到客户现场，为新产品应用提供技术支持；

9. 评定新的原材料供应商并给予质量把控；

10. 确保实验室的安全和清洁；

11. 完成上级安排的其它工作。

• Preparation, evaluation and testing of new adhesive formulations.

• Creating design of experiments for R&D Lab Assistant.

• Fabrication of laboratory small-scale samples with his team.

• Testing of end application upon customer request according to desired specification.

• Analysis of material samples.

• Managing laboratory of several chemists and supporting administrative works.

• Support technology transfer from R&D to the production.

• Visit of customer sites and providing technical support for new product applications.

• Identification of new raw material suppliers and support quality control.

• Ensure safety and cleanliness in the laboratory.

• Perform any ad-hoc job given by superior.

  
  

任职要求：

1. 改进和创造新的工艺和新产品；

2. 5年以上反应型化工产品研发经验；

3. 良好的计算机操作能力;

4. 优秀的中英文沟通能力，英语可以作为工作语言;

5. 精细化工或相关专业硕士以上学历。

• Improve and create new processes and products.

• At least 5 years’ experience in the reactive chemical product development field.

• Good computer skills.

• Excellent communication skills both in Chinese & English，English can be used as a working language.

• Minimum master’s degree in fine chemical or equivalent.
