Responsibilities 工作职责

1. SOW Implementation & Execution工作包引入和执行
Define tooling function develop solution to support SOW implementation. Deliverables include: Mfg. planning, PPM build, Risk/Issue/Opportunity management, Qualification plan & execute, Performance to Plan execution (Quality, Material usage, Labor).

定义工装 功能和拟定解决方案以确保工作包顺利引入。交付项包括：工艺制定、试制件计划、风险/机会/问题的管理、验收计划和执行、（质量、材料用量、工时）目标的达成。
2. Tooling Improvement工装改进
Meet process improvement to design and modify tooling to improve part quality and efficiency.
满足工艺改进，设计和改造工装以提高产品的质量和工作效率。
3. Customer Tooling Management 客户工装管理
Establish all kinds of standard operation procedure and operation processes in detail to manage, maintain and repair customer tooling, and ensure production completion timeliness and quality with conformance tooling.

为确保产品生产完成的及时性和产品质量的符合性，建立标准工作流程和操作工艺管理和维护客户提供的工装。
4. Change Management构型更改控制
Lead Change Board to control all engineering and process changes, perform risk and opportunity identification and communication, take charge of change implementation.
领导更改委员会控制所有工程更改和工艺更改。进行风险和机会识别及交流。负责管理更改导入。
5 .Cross-Department Collaboration跨部门协作
Collaborate with other department to track on-site production issues and propose solutions.
与其他部门协作，跟踪生产现场问题并提出解决方案。

Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Basic Requirements 任职要求：

1. College degree or above.专科及以上
2. One year work experience in tooling fabrication. 有1年工装制造的相关经验
3. Be able to read and reply English emails. 可以阅读及回复英文邮件
