Key Responsibilities
1. Mass production maintenance and Quality improvement.
A. Review the trend chart and CPK/PPK of critical in-line and offline parameters regularly to ensure process stable and meet MPS quality requirements.
B. Regularly monitor the CT/OTD of mass production lots and continue to do improvement.
C. Supporting the volume product ramp up, qualification, yield follow up etc.
D. Monitor the products yield trend & Defect reduction and continue to do yield enhancement.
E. Constantly monitor the process and capacity situation at bumping houses.
F. Coordinate with MPS internal teams and sub-cons to fix low yield issues quickly.
2. Responsibilities for new products and engineering lots:
A. New product tape-out support including bumping mask design and CT of mask manufactory.
B. New products’ inline data collection/review and CT monitoring.
C. Ensure the process be setting correctly and the delivery of engineering lots timely.
D. Regularly monitor the Release schedule for new products and Eng lots with MPS internal teams
3. New projects development
A. Working with DE&AE and packaging team to develop new technologies in bumping houses.
B. Working with project leader to manage the new project schedule and create the criteria of key processes and steps.
C. Reporting the real status of the new project to project leader actively and timely.
4. Coordinate with bumping house and MPS internal teams to make sure all new processes and new material & new equipment qualification smoothly.
5. Supporting QA team’s audit and all kinds of requirements especially from Customers.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor and leader.
Required Skills
1. Good command of fab or bump house quality system knowledge.
2. Good interpersonal skills，team work spirit，aggressive when necessary，self-motivated, goal-orientated.
3. Good at English writing，speaking and reading.
4. 3~8 years fab or bump house’s experience (especially PIE/etching process experience) is preferable.
