The Opportunity We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer - Asia (COO,
APAC) to lead operational excellence and accelerate Medicom’s regional growth
across Asia.



This enterprise-level role oversees regional functions and manufacturing sites,
working closely with country leadership teams and corporate executives to bring
our Vision 2030 to life.



The COO, APAC will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, scaling operations,
building culture, and ensuring world-class quality and regulatory compliance
across the region.



What You Will Do Operations & Performance

• Oversee regional operations and manufacturing across the APAC
  region.


• Strengthen collaboration between regional business units and
  corporate teams.


• Translate enterprise strategy into clear operational plans,
  objectives, and governance structures.


• Foster a high-performance culture focused on safety, quality,
  delivery, cost, and people.

Strategy & Execution

• Define, monitor, and drive key performance indicators (growth,
  profitability, service, cash).


• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, S&OP,
  Operational Excellence).


• Ensure compliance with ISO, FDA, NMPA, and other applicable
  regulatory frameworks.


• Partner with global leadership to drive innovation,
  scalability, and sustainable growth.

People & Culture

• Develop, mentor, and empower high-performing teams and future
  leaders across the region.


• Champion culture-building initiatives that promote
  accountability, agility, and engagement.


• Communicate with clarity and influence to align stakeholders
  and accelerate decision-making.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a
  related field; MBA preferred.


• 15+ years of senior operations leadership experience across
  APAC, including Greater China, Japan, and Southeast Asia.


• Proven track record of KPI-driven management and continuous
  improvement.


• Strong executive presence with exceptional influencing,
  coaching, and leadership capabilities.


• Fluency in English and Mandarin.


• Deep expertise in quality systems and regulatory frameworks for
  medical devices and/or PPE.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
  while maintaining strong governance.
