Summary
Consultative sales, based on the application of the product, contacting with design institutes, engineers, subcontractors and potential sports facilities products customers by improving technical solutions with technical details, relying on service agents, to establish influence in sports projects and the ability to introduce key links, to achieve the business objectives, and to promote the growth of the sports business.
Responsibilities
- Improving technical solutions with technical details, manage the sales process, including order fulfilment, aftersales support, and resolution of customer complaints to maintain strong relationships.
- Relying on service agents, build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including accounts, design institutes, associations and institutes
- Develop expertise in FPM technologies and apply them across various B&I markets, actively monitor industry and customers technical development, to align with the standards or guidelines of products and technology.
- Handle and assist in development of marketing tools, such as datasheets, technical specifications, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Participate seminars and represent the company at/with design institutes, associations, conference and partner training event.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Geotechnical, Engineering, Textile Engineering, Construction or Sports Facility Management.
- 3-5 years International B2B experience, familiar with the design institute, preferably similar role in Nonwoven, sports industry, foreign company in building materials, composite experience with technical or engineering background being advantageous.
- Familiar with athletic field construction, technology, construction, project standards, and proven expertise project processes in project sales with strong technical foundation.
- Willingness to Travel Frequently within China region.
- Preferred Location: East and South China (Home Office), Located in Shanghai Office.
- Strong business acumen and hunting competence with proven abilities to build and maintain long term relationship.
- Familiar with design institution process and Industry standard.
- Knowledge of site materials, construction, drainage techniques and applications, preferably with the ability to prepare technical programs.
- Project Management Capability.
