职位描述
Responsibilities
•Develop the GU portfolio strategies to optimize the business, including strategic brand plan and LRF, and lifecycle management.
•Lead InIyta brand plan and A&P allocation in GE Bug
•Cross-functional TA leadership – across Field Force, medical, legal, regulatory, etc to get alignment
•Input to the GE BU BP and OP plan
•Develop subordinates through coaching and training programs
Qualifications:
•Bachelor degree in Medical or Medicine, Master degree
•Proficient oral and written English
•5-8 years central marketing experience with above 1year MM experience
