• Mainly responsible for assigned products profitable growth in China;

主要负责指定产品在中国市场的利润增长；

• Manage product life cycle from market needs identification, brand development, product proposition, GTM management, etc.;

负责产品生命周期管理，涵盖从市场需求识别、品牌建设、产品定位到上市推广等全链条环节；

• Develop product strategies and implements them successfully;

制定产品战略并推动其成功落地；

• Understanding of customer, market competition and business partner needs to explore new business opportunities;

深入洞察客户需求、市场竞争态势及合作伙伴诉求，以开拓新的业务机会；

• In charge of demand and forecasting for assigned products, and managing for aging inventory.

负责所辖产品的需求规划与销售预测，并监控产品库存管理。

任职资格：

• University degree or higher, fluent in English is preferred;

大学本科及以上学历，英语流利者优先；

• Sound knowledge of agribusiness with 5-year experience in crop protection portfolio management and product management;

具备五年以上作物保护产品组合管理及产品管理经验；

• Understanding of crop related political, economic, sciences & technologies and regulatory requirements;

深刻理解作物相关的政策、经济、科技及法规要求；

• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
