Location: Tianjin
The minimum requirements are as below:
- Engineering qualifications/background
- Recent graduates with some experience in a similar position
- Ability to work unsupervised on multiple project tasks
- Good English skills – verbal and written communication
- Strong excel skills
Position Responsibilities
1. SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT
Identify hazards and advise on safety procedures eg use of plant and equipment.
Actively monitor work practices to ensure adherence to correct procedures and standards for safety and environmental performance.
2. ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL
Assist Fabrication Superintendent, develop cost effective solutions for the project.
Review project documents and assist in compiling documentation required for the project.
Assist in compiling and identifying requirements of work packages.
Provide engineering/technical advice to pre-processing and help put work packages together.
3. OPERATIONAL / PROJECT SUPPORT
Assist with pre-processing for the compilation of work packages.
Review and monitor Monatrack for progress and reporting.
Assist Pre-Processing Supervisor with Monatrack reporting and data integrity.
Review drawings and confirm procurement requirements.
Supervise project activities as directed by the Project Engineer.
4. QUALITY
Work in accordance with quality assurance procedures, based on customer and ISO requirements.
5. FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
Ensure own work is in accordance with the project budget requirements.
6. PEOPLE AND TEAMS
Provide information to support Fabrication Superintendent and other team members.
7. OTHER
Assist with project administration if assigned to work on smaller projects eg cost control, document control.
Undertake other tasks to support the project or contract as required.
