Position: Design Deputy Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Design Process Management
Develop and maintain the project’s design workflow diagram.
Ensure full compliance with UAE and Sharjah real-estate development design regulations.
Design Risk Assessment
Identify and evaluate potential risks throughout the design phase.
Propose risk management strategies and prepare detailed mitigation plans.
Design Cost Optimization
Meet all functional requirements while exploring alternative design solutions.
Implement cost‐effective design options to reduce overall construction expenditure.
Effective Communication Mechanism
Establish and sustain clear communication channels with design subcontractors, local authorities, client supervision teams, and internal technical, construction, and procurement departments.
Convene regular coordination meetings to preempt and resolve design‐related issues.
Participation in Subcontract Negotiations
Provide required technical, material, and equipment specifications during the design phase.
Conduct resource gathering and market research; actively engage in negotiation sessions.
Design Milestone Control
Ensure all design deliverables adhere to deadlines stipulated in client and subcontract agreements.
Support the acquisition of necessary construction permits tied to design approvals.

进行资源收集和市场研究；积极参与谈判会。
设计里程碑控制：
确保所有设计交付物符合客户和分包合同中规定的截止日期。
支持获取与设计批准相关的必要建设许可。
