岗位职责:
1. 项目启动与监控
通过我们的集中技术响应客户对新项目的要求
理解并遵守个别项目指令,并与项目团队有效沟通
通过向项目团队提供详细的预算、时间表和指示,并预测成功完成项目的陷阱或潜在障碍,启动所有项目相关工作
与制作团队的不同成员合作,评估工作范围,并为翻译项目和要求估算成本和时间表
2. 客户管理
作为外部客户联系人和内部项目团队人员之间的中心联络点
主动了解客户的行业、业务需求和公司文化,教育项目团队,提供高水平的服务
设定、管理并满足客户期望
监控和沟通项目进度,确保严格遵守最后期限和预算,最终产生高质量的可交付成果
调查客户投诉,并与客户和项目团队人员讨论问题,创造性地解决问题以缓解问题
确保在提交给项目团队之前,与客户一起处理和解决任何缺陷
经验要求
本科以上学历
优秀的英语和中文书面和口头沟通能力
优秀的问题解决和分析能力
1-2年客户服务或项目管理经验
较强的组织、解决问题和分析能力。
具备MS Office的工作知识(此处添加技术系统)
能够优先安排任务,并在团队环境中工作。
必须愿意学习新事物,接受挑战,并在成功中茁壮成长

TransPerfect Korea is looking for a as a Client Services Associate to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Client Services Associate, you’ll be an essential link between our clients and internal production team, working to ensure client satisfaction in all facets of our services.
Your responsibilities include…
Project Initiation & Monitoring
· Respond to client requests for new project initiatives through our centralized technology
· Understand and abide by individual project instructions and effectively communicate to the production team
· Initiate all project related work by providing detailed budget, schedule and instructions to the project team and by anticipating pitfalls or potential roadblocks to successful completion
· Collaborate with various members of the production team to assess the scope of work and produce cost and timeline estimates for translation projects and requests
Client Engagement
· Serve as the central point of contact for and liaison between external client contact and internal production staff
· Take a proactive role in learning about clients’ industry, business needs and company culture, educating the project team, and providing a high level of service
· Set, manage and fulfill client expectations
· Monitor and communicate project progress, ensure strict adherence to deadlines and budgets and ultimately produce high quality deliverables
Project Troubleshooting
· Investigate client complaints where applicable and discuss issues with clients and production staff and creatively problem solve to alleviate issues
· Ensure that any pitfalls are addressed and resolved with the client before being submitted to the production team
We’re looking for candidates who have…
· A Bachelor’s degree or higher qualifications
· Excellent written and verbal English & Chinese communication skills
· Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
· 1-2 years’ of customer service and/or project management experience
· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytics skills.
· Working knowledge of MS Office (add tech systems here)
· Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks and work in a team environment.
· Must be willing to learn new things, be open to challenges and thrive on success
