职位描述
I. PURPOSE OF POSITION
1. Lead the team to reach sales target and support Sales Director to work out the company sales strategy.
带领团队完成销售目标,并支持销售总监制定公司销售策略。
2.Develop a partnership relationship with key accounts in Asia.
与亚洲地区的大客户发展合作伙伴关系。
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve sales objectives of Asia.
制定并实施销售策略,以实现亚洲地区的销售目标。
2. Increase Asia market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities in all sales channels.
在现有市场中增加亚洲市场份额,并在所有销售渠道中***限度地增加新的业务发展机会。
3. Introduce, develop and maintain Asia client relationships, communicate with all existing clients and potential clients to provide best-in-class services.
介绍、发展和维护亚洲客户关系,与所有现有客户和潜在客户沟通,提供一流的服务。
4. Perform sales analysis to identity opportunities and adapt new strategies to keep up with current and future business and sales trends.
进行销售分析,识别机会并调整新策略,以跟上当前和未来的业务和销售趋势。
Ⅲ. QUALIFICATIONS
1. College graduation and above, excellent command of English
大专及以上学历,英语水平优秀
2. At least 5+ years sales or business development experience in global market, have profound overseas trading experience.
至少5年以上全球市场销售或业务拓展经验,有深厚的海外贸易经验。
3. Strong in trade understanding, promotional effectiveness, customer negotiation.
具有较强的贸易理解能力、促销效果、客户谈判能力。
4. Can manage Cross-functional collaboration.
能够管理跨部门协作。
5. Excellent business acumen, result -oriented and self-motivated.
优秀的商业敏锐度,以结果为导向,有上进心。
6. Good leadership, team building and organization skills.
具有良好的领导能力、团队建设和组织能力。
7. Familiar with mechanical products.
熟悉机械产品。
8. Major in mechanical engineering or marketing is preferred.
