Task 1 –SUPPORT THE AIRFRAMERS DURING THE INTEGRATION PROCESS
A1-1 – Follow and report carefully the engine integration issues (Perte en Chaine)
A1-2 – Ensure a good communication with the airframer customer
A1-3 – Perform Part21 technical support
Task 2 - ENSURE SAFRANHE TO HAVE PRECISE KNOWLEDGE OF AIRFRAMERS ACTIVITIES
A2-1 – Collect on a regular basis all relevant information concerning the engines stock, integration on the platform, deliveries
A2-2 – Provide a weekly report on HAIG and CAIG activities (helicopter delivery status and forecast, engine integration problems ,new projects, stocks level etc)
A2-3 – Work with OEM team members to evaluate the production and deliveries of AVIC platforms onto the market
A2-4 – Provide SafranHE with information on competitors , project status,
Task 3 – Perform technique intervention work in SafranHE China Maintenance Center （Part 145）
A3-1 – Perform repair/maintenance task level 1,2 or 3 in Maintenance Center or at customer premises on Safran Helicopter engines and release certificate. All the work behavior respects the EASA and CAAC regulations,
A3-2 –Create the reporting documents after interventions, archive the records and reports as per aviation regulations and Safran Helicopter Engines requirements.
A3-3 – Maintain the workshop, tools, equipment and the work area under a well condition.
A3-4 – Carry out the reporting and communication for his/her activities.
A3-5 – Apply, promote and improve health, safety and environmental policies.
A3-6 – Complete other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Task 4 – PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
A4-1 – Contribute actively to the improvement of Perte en Chaine and support to airframer processes.
