总述:
Develop test solutions for new defined products, including Test Plan, Test hardware and test program. This test solution is subject to release to testfloor for mass production 开发新定义产品的测试方案，包括测试计划，测试硬件和测试程序。该测试方案会发布给生产车间做大量产品的测试

工作职责:
1. Test Engineer develops the entire test solution for new products to meet the mass production requirements..测试工程师为新产品开发全面的测试解决方案以满足产品量产的需要；
2. Test Engineer collects the data and feedback to other Engineering group (PE, DE), and provide support during new product development. 测试工程师搜集数据并反馈至其他相关工程部门（如产品工程部，设计部），为新产品研发提供相关支持；
3. Test Engineer supports the test floor to solve any test related problems during mass production. 测试工程师为生产部提供支持以解决在产品量产过程中的相关测试问题。

岗位要求:
1. M.S. degree in Electronic Engineering. Will also accept B.S. degree with 5 years experience in job offered or related position. 电子工程相关专业毕业的硕士研究生，或拥有5年以上同等岗位的本科生；
2. Familiar with semiconductor testing methodology, experience in digital-analog mixed chip and SOC chip testing is preferred, and experience in high-speed IC testing such as SerDes/DDR/PCIE is preferred. 熟悉半导体测试方法论，有数模混合和SOC芯片测试经验者优先，有serdes/DDR/PCIE等高速芯片测试经验者优先；
3. Proficient in high speed IC ATE load board schematic and layout design. 精通高速芯片ATE load board schematic和layout设计相关知识；
4. Familiar with DFT basics, such as JTAG/SCAN/MBIST, etc. 熟悉DFT基础，如JTAG/SCAN/MBIST等；
5. Good programming and debugging skills in VB，C/C++, Verilog/VHDL and FPGA. 具备良好的设计和调试能力,熟悉VB，C/C++，Verilog/VHDL 和 FPGA；
6. Familiar with J750, UltraFlex, Advantest V93K and other SoC test platforms. 熟悉J750，UltraFlex，Advantest V93K等常用SoC测试平台；
7. Proficient in the use of various test instruments, including but not limited to high-speed oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc. 精通各测试仪器的使用，包括但不限于高速示波器、逻辑分析仪等；
8. Good communication and team work skills. 具备良好的沟通技巧和团队精神；
9. Good English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills, CET-4 is a must, CET-6 or above is preferred. 具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力，需通过大学英语四级，通过大学英语六级者优先。
