1. 区域及目标区块综合地质研究；

Comprehensive geological research on the region and target blocks;

2.开展地层对比、储层及沉积特征研究、油气藏成藏条件分析，预测流体性质，资源量估算；

Conduct stratigraphic correlation, research on reservoir and sedimentary characteristics,analysis on petroleum system , predict fluid properties, estimate resource volume;

3.开展区块地层及小层精细对比、储层及沉积特征、油藏流体界面分析；

Carry out fine correlation of block strata and small layers, research on reservoir and sedimentary characteristics, fluids contact analysis;

4.油藏地质建模及不确定性分析计算地质储量；

Build geological models, conduct uncertainty analysis, and calculate hydrocarbone inplace volume;

5. 探井及开发井的井位论证以及新井跟踪及钻后评价；

New well locations demonstration and optimization，new well tracking and post-drilling evluation;

6. 新项目评价及研究项目成果汇报和交流。

New projects potential evaluation and report and exchange the results of research projects.

二、任职资格，经验，技能等要求 QUALIFICATIONS，EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

1. 石油地质及相关专业,要求本科以上学历；

2. 10年以上油气田开发相关工作经验；

3. 具备油藏地质研究项目经验；

4. 熟悉建模软件Petrel，熟练使用office软件；

5. 有较强的英语听、读、写能力，能很好进行英语交流，具备较强责任心及团队协作精神。
