Major Responsibilities:

1.Requirement Confirmation: Finalize product package requirements, define system requirements, and formulate product specifications.

2.Plan Formulation: Develop system design,outline design, subsystem design, as well as testing and validation plans.

3.Product Development: Organize detailed design, process tracking and coordination of product R&D; oversee product maintenance and improvement.

4.Technology Tackling: Lead efforts to tackle key product technologies; drive resolution of critical and difficult technical issues; manage and summarize technical problems and plans related to projects.

5.Design Review: Organize internal R&D design reviews; make technical decisions and evaluations, and act as the technical decision-maker for project changes.

6.Technical Support: Coordinate product trial production, rectification,certification and other work, and provide technical support.

7.Resource Coordination: Overall planning and arrangement of R&D activities; coordinate internal R&D issues and ensure closed-loop implementation in accordance with project requirements.

Qualifications：

1.Education / Degree: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering/technology or related majors.

2.Knowledge and experience in R&D of electromechanical-hydraulic integrated products.

3.Over 5 years work experience in the automotive/ electromechanical-hydraulic development domain or similar, as technical project lead.

4. Familiar with product R&D processes,with strong project management and coordination capabilities.

5.Capable of working in a dynamic and challenging environment.

6.Strong communication skills, good language skills in Chinese and English (written and oral).
