Responsibilities
Project Schedule Management
Develop and maintain project Gantt charts, tracking critical milestones (e.g., NPI kickoff, EVT/DVT/PVT phases).
Update daily/weekly project status reports, identify potential risks, and drive resolution plans.
Resource Coordination & Allocation
Align hardware engineers, testing teams, procurement, and production departments to resolve resource conflicts.
Monitor BOM (Bill of Materials) lockdown and component procurement progress to ensure timely material delivery.
Cross-Departmental Communication
Organize cross-functional meetings(e.g., requirement reviews, technical reviews) and drive issue closure.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, synchronizing requirement changes and technical feedback.
Documentation & Process Management
Organize and archive project documents(e.g., test reports, change records, meeting minutes).
Ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO9001, IATF16949).
Risk & Issue Tracking
Log and follow up on issues (bugs/tasks) using tools like Jira/ZenTao, driving accountability for resolution.Regularly report project health to management, flagging critical risks.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical
Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in hardware project coordination, preferably in automotive electronics.
Core Skills
Project Management Tools: Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Excel, Microsoft Project, etc.
Technical Understanding: Familiar with hardware development processes and basic concepts like PCB design and EMC testing.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, capable of conveying technical issues clearly.
