Educational Background
University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, material science or similar
Technical Skills
IATF 16949 Internal Auditor Certificate
Problem solving method in 8D and 5 why or other tools.
APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA and SPC training related
Training required by customers: VW60330, Formal Q, BIQS, USCAR21 and IPC610
Minimum of two years relevant automotive experience.
Good understanding of sensor system interactions
Experience as an Auditor
Language Skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken), German and/or French are an asset.
IT Skills
Good working knowledge of office software
Soft Skills
Good knowledge in Automotive Quality processes and Quality tools
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously in an international environment
Willingness to travel
Organizational and communication skills
Full responsible for one or some kinds of the products. Such as:
• Ensure that all processes are kept as defined
• Minimize quality risks and prevent 0km and field claims
• Minimize scrap rate
• Minimize quality cost
• Lead the Process Audit (Level 2), follow up and validate the audit findings
• Creation of different type of quality reports
• Handling of customer complaints and analysing of claimed sensors
• Optimization of internal quality standards
• Member of internal/external project-teams
• Enforce the decisions in the production
• Yearly internal audit planning, organizing, performing and follow up the audit findings via JIRA system
• If required, support to external audits such as IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001
• Support on the Customer Audit
• Focus on the Continuous Improvement in safety, health, Quality, productivity and cost
• Test specification release for specific tester type
• Planning, Organization and implementation of internal quality tasks and aspect within the specific IEE plant. such as:
