岗位职责
- 负责现场安保团队的日常管理、统筹调度及人员管控，保障现场安防秩序。
- 熟练操作门禁、报警等安防系统，做好设备日常检查与故障应急处理。
- 协助制定现场安防管理制度及应急预案，组织开展安防培训与演练。
- 处理现场安防突发情况，协调内外部相关部门对接，确保问题妥善解决。
- 完成上级交办的其他工作
任职要求
- 具备现场安保团队管理经验，熟悉安防工作流程与现场管控要点。
- 掌握门禁、报警系统的操作与基础维护技能，能快速应对设备异常。
- 具备良好的英语口语沟通能力，可应对日常英文对接场景。
- 责任心强，具备较强的应急处置能力、沟通协调能力及团队管理能力。
- 无不良从业记录，持有相关安防资格证书者优先。
Roles and Responsibilities
· At the regional level, work on behalf of client
Security to look after its daily operations, interact with client employees to
address their concerns and requests for security as SOP and procedures.
· Cooperate and coordinate with other
functions and BUs for some collaboration under the direction of client Regional
Security and its guidelines.
· Responsible for recruitment for guarding
forces and ensure deployment for the right people on the right positions
according to professional and objective assessment about client’s needs for
security based on the local situation.
· Ensure unified and coordinative
allocation for the resources among the region especially under special
circumstances.
· Provide and coordinate relevant trainings
for the team throughout the region based on diagnosis about fundamental to
satisfied service delivery to client.
· Implement the annual work plan, conduct
Security service monthly evaluation of the region.
· Analyze the main problems existing in
Security service throughout the region, coordinate with Account Security
Manager and Corporate Security to solve it.
· Support Corporate Security to handle
major and emergency events properly.
· Lead the implementation tasks according
to the client corporate Security procedures and instructions throughout the
region.
· Support on LEP/LRA renewal and SMS input
(except SPR) in the region.
· Take Security supervisor’s responsibilities in his/her working location.

Qualifications:
Possesses a bachelor's degree or above.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in security management.
Has good communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing English. Be able to read and handle English emails, and communicate and report in English.
Understands fundamental knowledge of security, such as executive protection, self-defense, crime prevention, technical security, fire safety, emergency aid, occupational etiquette, and other related expertise.
Works with excellent team management skills and is able to lead the team in cooperation to complete tasks. Can independently formulate work plans, rules and standards, procedures, and case reports.
Be proficient in using digital devices, office applications, and office equipment such as printers and copiers.
Be able to communicate in standard Mandarin with proven communication skills and properly handle problems occurring within the guard team or in local offices.
Has basic Chinese writing abilities.
